Main Terms and Conditions

1. Check‑In & Check‑Out

• Check‑in: From 14:00

• Check‑out: By 11:00

2. Wi‑Fi

Complimentary Wi‑Fi is provided on an “as‑is” basis. Speed, uptime, and security are not guaranteed; usage is entirely at your own risk.

3. Children & Safety

Children must be supervised at all times, with particular care around the pool and any water features.

4. Rates & Reservations

1. Rates may fluctuate and are quoted per person sharing, inclusive of breakfast.

2. A reservation is secured only upon receipt of the required deposit; failure to pay may result in cancellation without notice.

3. Full payment of the booking is due at check‑in.

5. Cancellations

• Before 15:00 on the day of arrival: Full refund.

• After 15:00 on the day of arrival: Manor on Main may charge a cancellation fee ranging from one night’s stay up to the full value of the booking.

6. Occupancy

• Full details of all guests must be provided at check‑in.

• Only registered guests may use the accommodation and facilities.

7. Conduct

Any form of abuse or disturbance of the peace entitles Manor on Main to deny access to its facilities without refund.

8. Liability & Indemnity

Manor on Main makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding any services, facilities, or website content.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manor on Main and its service providers from any claims, losses, or damages to persons or property, whether arising by act or omission.

9. Payment Authorisation

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 2002, use of a payment card constitutes the guest’s authorisation to deduct all charges for services received.

10. Additional Services & Charges

1. Booking or purchasing any service—on‑site or via our reservation platform—binds you to these Terms & Conditions.

2. You are liable for all fees, taxes, and assessments due.

3. Accommodation charges are payable on arrival; ancillary services are payable on departure.

4. All amounts due are secured against the card details provided at the time of booking.

5. You are financially responsible for all transactions and any damages caused by you or your accompanying parties, up to any credit limits we set.

11. Website Use

1. By using our website, you accept these Terms & Conditions, which may change without notice.

2. The entire site and its content are used at your own risk.

3. Users under 18 may use the site only under guardian supervision.

4. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant the completeness of any information or links provided.

• Information you provide is deemed accurate and is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• Data is used solely for legitimate business purposes.

• Cookies are employed to recognise repeat visitors; data is stored securely.

13. Acceptance

1. Ticking the “Terms & Conditions” box during booking constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
